birthdays and french 75s

You guys. Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy birthday this weekend, be it via Facebook, text, BBM, phone call, this here baby blog or in person. You are all some fantastic human beings.

So, the birthday celebrations. B and I decided on Eastern Standard so we could try to be classy individuals. We drank some delicious cocktails and had phenomenal grilled cheese. If you go there, just get their grilled cheese. You will not be disappointed.

Oh, you want to know what I wore? Check it out.
dress: j.crew, shoes: kate spade supersale
Badam. Doesn't my dining room look classy?

And the boyfriend and I took a fantastically cute picture before we left.
aren't we precious?
Anywho, B and I managed to take only one photo together the entire night.
mmmmm. shots.
Meet our delicious pineapple and vodka shots. The boyfriends ordered it for us by telling the bartender, "We're ordering shots for girls. Go." Bam. Magic. Trust your bartender.

B was fantastic and bought me the Pure Barre shirt I had pointed out a few weeks before.
happy.
Oh, and you see that champagne glass peeking around the bottom left corner? That's holding my favorite drink this side of ever: French 75. Do yourself a favor and order one someday. I instantly feel classier when I'm holding a champagne glass. You should too. Plus, it's delicious.

So, to make a long story short, we ended up back at Tequila Rain after we left ES. It was just as trashy as it was the last time we went, but it was super fun. Nothing better than dancing your tushy off on a Saturday night.
dancing friends.
there was a lot of this going on. fist pump, friends.
Oh, and two of my best friends on the face of the earth came out too. They both live in Boston now, and I was beyond pumped to relive our college craziness of dancing once again. Don't mind my smudged eye makeup.
this sums us up.
All in all, it was the best birthday I've had yet. You're all the bomb dot com for making it so :)
