nutella

Have I told you guys about my obsession with Nutella? It's pretty large. I love it. I love it in the morning, I love it at lunch, I love it for dinner, I love it with snacks. It's just an all-around delicious spread. Chocolate and hazelnut? Like, really? How can you say no?

Anyway, so when I saw this recipe on Eat, Live, Run, I knew I had to make it. But I changed it up. See, I also love Fluff. So I changed it up a little bit.

Peanut butter and Nutella crispy treat fluff sandwiches (adapted from Eat, Live, Run)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup nutella
5 cups rice krispy cereal
fluff

Combine peanut butter, honey and Nutella in a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds on 50% power. If the peanut butter isn't melted, microwave for an additional 20 seconds on 50% power. Mix well.
Add cereal to the honey-nut butter mixture 1 or 2 cups at a time, combining well until the mixture is sticky. Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray and evenly spread the mixture. Refrigerate for a few hours so the mixture is solid.
lick spoon.
Cut into 2x2 inch squares and slather half of them in Fluff (or...you know...anything). Top with the remaining crispy pieces. Voila! Sandwiches!

Tonight I hit up my fantastic Pure Barre's grand opening party. It was fantastic, and I finally got to try Bethenny's Skinny Girl Margarita. It's delicious.
yay pure barre ladies!
I plan on spending the rest of the night in with the boyfriend eating wings (homemade!) and those sandwiches. We're meeting my mom in Chinatown tomorrow and then seeing Guster tomorrow night. And then Sunday's Mother's Day! It's quite the whirlwind weekend.

Oh yeah, and Dolly's visiting us :)
What are you doing this weekend?
