sangria.

An entire post devoted to sangria.

You're welcome.

Arnold Palmer Sangria (modified from B.Flay's recipe)
2 cups fresh brewed tea, chilled
2 cups chilled lemonade
1 quart sauvignon blanc, chilled
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 white peach, thinly sliced

Combine tea, lemonade and wine in a large pitcher (or bowl if you're lacking that...like us). Add the orange, lemon, lime and peach. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or up to 24.

Red Wine Blueberry Sangria (also adapted from B.Flay)
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 bottle dry, fruity red wine
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1/4 cup brandy
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 pint strawberries, quartered
1 pint blackberries, sliced in half

Put blueberries in a pitcher and lightly muddle (use a potato masher or something. Mash mash mash!). Add wine, Triple Sec, brandy, orange, strawberries and blackberries. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours.

I kind of mixed up my recipes while making these, but they still turned out delicious. DELICIOUS. So go ahead: throw a sangria party. And make these to impress your friends :)
