This weekend we went to another Iron Chef-style potluck, and this month's secret ingredient was pumpkin. This was an excellent excuse for me to try out Bianca's pumpkin cheesecake with "whipped cream" frosting cupcakes. I left mine unfrosted so my friends could put on as much frosting as they wanted.
Go ahead and do yourself a favor. Make these. Immediately. You will not regret it. Not one bit. Even without the frosting, they are out of this world delicious.
And thanks for all of your love on my first day yesterday. It meant the world to me :)
