Nutella Palmiers
1 sheet of puff pastry
nutella
sliced almonds
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Roll out the sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until it's about 13 inches by 9 inches. Spread Nutella over the surface of the puff pastry sheet.
Sprinkle sliced almonds over Nutella.
Carefully roll each side of the puff pastry toward the center.
Seal the center of the rolls with a little water, then carefully slice and lay out on parchment (or Silpat!) lined cookie sheet. They should sort of resemble elephant ears. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
