mac and cheese with a kick

Craig and I had a very romantic Valentine's Day dinner at home together last night. Really, there was no other place I would have wanted to be.

In other news, I made a delicious dinner the other night. It always feels good when I find a meal I can make that's easy and tastes amazing.

Mac & Cheese with a kick (adapted from here)

1 package mac and cheese (I like TJ's Joe's Diner version)
1/2 jar of chunky salsa
handful of shredded cheese

Cook macaroni and cheese according to instructions on the box...
...add this...
...and this...
...and enjoy.
Uh-mazing.

  2. That actually looks pretty good - and worth trying! I've always wanted to make homemade mac & cheese with the breadcrumb topping! This looks like something I could do in addition to making it homemade!
