friday reads

Friday, you're here! Thank you so much, everyone, for the love on yesterday's post. It means the world to me that you all took the time to read it and let me know how you feel. Thank you. I am eternally grateful.
+ Tonight's opening ceremonies for the 2012 London Olympics are apparently going to feature a duel between Mary Poppins and Voldemort? Interesting. I guess I'll believe it when I see it tonight.+ In other Olympics news, the IOC has decided not to have a moment of silence this year in honor of the 40 year anniversary of the massacre of 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics. It breaks my heart that this is what they have decided. My heart goes out to the families of the victims.
+ And lastly, police blotters. I used to have to write these up for our school newspaper in college, but these ones are way better than anything I've ever written. You'll get a good giggle out of it.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend, and enjoy the first few days of the London Olympics! Obviously I will be watching like a freak. Love the Olympics.

  1. I've been in the police blotter. My parents were (are) mortified.
