Sometimes life starts to feel overwhelming and too complicated. But then I have to remember that sometimes I'm the one stressing myself out and complicating things. Time to take a step back and stop that.


  1. Wake up. Freak out. Calm down. Sleep.

    People create most of their own problems, true, but at least if you're the one creating it you can probably be the one to fix it, too. Just breathe and keep moving. Like a shark.
