things to do in boston: h. bloom

Bostonians, rejoice! Flower delivery has been made easy thanks to the amazing team at H. Bloom. The flower delivery system launches in Boston, Cambridge and Brookline today!
hbloom
What makes H. Bloom different than other flower delivery services? According to the company, most florists have to throw away 30-50 percent of their flowers, but H.Bloom avoids this. The company then passes on big savings to customers. Bam bam.

Oh, and you can do flower subscription services too. The nice thing about a floral subscription service is that folks can just set it and then forget it, by selecting how frequent they want flowers delivered to their door (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). And if you're like me and are constantly buying flowers, this is amazing. And the most amazing part? They don't charge you more for delivery on subscriptions!

Need chocolates to go with your flowers? H. Bloom has you covered there too. In Boston, they work with high-end chocolatier L.A. Burdick and cookies from Tatte.

So make sure you check out H. Bloom for your flower and gift delivery needs. You won't regret it.

  2. But... how do they avoid what other companies can't? Buzzkill over here. I shouldn't comment on blogs when work has made me crabby. :( Forgive me.

  4. I never knew that most companies throw away 30-50% of their flowers -- that's crazy! Such a (sad) waste of beautiful flowers.
    Isn’t That Charming.

  7. Getting good flower services is really a helping thing sometimes. Sometimes I do not get enough time to go to market and by gifts or flowers so I always prefer finding flowers online. They provide frequent and same day delivery.
