what's in my bag + snacking smart

A few weeks ago, my friend Elizabeth tagged me on Instagram to see what was in my bag. I laid everything out and took a picture and, well, here it is.
I have my Macbook, my Kindle, the next book on my reading list, work keys, wallet + house keys, sunglasses, lotion, the world's tiniest tub of Vaseline, a reusable bag and a wee bag of essentials

However, looking back on this photo, I've realized I left out a very important part of what's usually in my bag: snacks. I rarely leave home without some sort of snack in my bag. And I've really been loving The Better Chip lately as a way to keep me full without making me sluggish. Especially since I've ramped up my running, it's important for me to make sure I'm fueling properly.
