things to do in boston: #assembled at assembly row

it's been a while since my last boston post, but i like to think it's just because i've been busy doing all those things in boston. a few weekends ago, craig and i (and toby!) hit up ASSEMBLED at assembly row for the second year in a row. this year, though, assembly row is well on its way to being finished, so the market was bigger and badder than ever, and so was pet palooza.

we started our day at pet palooza, which was great for toby. dogs, vendors, more dogs, fun times. everything he could ever want. he was the happiest pup.

after a few hours hanging with our homies, we went to the other side of assembly row to check out ASSEMBLED. while it was a little grey and rainy, there were tons of vendors and food trucks to try out. this year, we discovered brownie's barkery, out of ogunquit, maine. we love brownie's because they have tons of gluten free options for my special little pup, and there are tons of flavor options for gluten loving and gluten free dogs.

for lunch we hit up one of my favorite places: clover. while i think everything at clover is delicious, we settled on some sandwiches, fries and a lemonade. a perfect summer lunch. the sandwiches at clover differ by location (and even by the day), but everything is always delicious. there are multiple trucks and brick & mortar locations around boston, so check their website for the one closest to you. oh, and the pour over coffee is phenomenal. try that if you can.

ASSEMBLED is open every saturday until september 13, so make sure you stop by! oh, and extra incentive? the j.crew factory at assembly row opened yesterday. so, you know, you can get a whole lot done while you're there.
disclosure: i was provided money to spend at ASSEMBLED in exchange for writing about it. all thoughts are my own.
